Terms and Conditions of Sale – Lumervio
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use govern access to lumervio.com and all purchases made under the Lumervio brand.
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the rules governing access to the website, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and the respective rights and obligations of Lumervio and its customers.

3. Products
Lumervio sells lighting products and home decoration items.
The main characteristics of each product, including its dimensions, materials, compatibility, and installation recommendations, are provided on the relevant product page.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions and screen settings. Such minor differences are not considered defects.
4. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between:
a full refund; or
a replacement with an equivalent product, subject to the customer’s prior agreement.
5. Orders
The ordering process includes:
selecting the products;
providing billing and delivery information;
reviewing the order summary;
completing the secure payment.
An order confirmation will be sent by email once payment has been approved.
Lumervio reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect information, or an existing dispute with the customer.
6. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Any delivery charges will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
Lumervio may change its prices at any time. The price charged is the price displayed when the order is placed.
7. Payment
Payments are securely processed by authorised third-party payment providers.
Available payment methods may include:
credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express;
Apple Pay;
Google Pay;
other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Lumervio does not directly store customers’ full payment card details.
8. Delivery
Lumervio delivers to eligible countries throughout Europe.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 0 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery usually takes between 5 and 7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Products may be dispatched from different logistics centres located in Europe or from international logistics partners.
Lumervio remains responsible for the delivery of the products until they are received by the customer or a person designated by the customer.
9. Receipt of Orders
Customers should inspect their package and products upon delivery.
Any damaged package, missing item, broken product, or incorrect product should be reported as soon as possible by contacting:
Photos or videos of the package and product may be requested to help us assess and process the claim.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

11. Returns
Returned products must be:
complete;
in a condition suitable for resale;
returned with any included accessories;
properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Whenever possible, products should be returned in their original packaging, although this is not mandatory.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order.
12. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Additional processing times may apply depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
13. Legal Guarantees
Products benefit from the legal consumer guarantees applicable in the customer’s country of residence, including guarantees relating to product conformity and hidden defects where applicable.
These legal rights are not affected by any commercial guarantee that may be offered by Lumervio.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Lumervio cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from:
incorrect installation;
improper or unauthorised use;
negligence or incorrect handling;
failure to follow the instructions provided;
modification or repair by an unauthorised third party.
This section does not limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Intellectual Property
All content available on the website, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and product descriptions, is protected by intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, copied, modified, or used without prior authorisation.

The website must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Lumervio may restrict access to the website where misuse, fraud, or a security threat is suspected.
18. Force Majeure
Lumervio will not be held responsible for a delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including transport disruption, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
This does not affect the customer’s mandatory consumer rights.

20. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable to the company operating Lumervio.
