1. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

In accordance with applicable distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order and request a return, exchange, or refund without providing any reason.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • the product must be returned in a resalable condition;

  • it must be complete, including all accessories and supplied components;

  • it must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Whenever possible, products should be returned in their original packaging, although this is not mandatory.

If a returned item is damaged due to inadequate packaging during return shipping, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund amount.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • the product is defective;

  • the product was damaged during delivery;

  • the product received does not match the order.

In these situations, Lumervio will cover the return shipping costs.

To facilitate the handling of your request, photo or video evidence may be requested.


4. Fragile Products

Some products sold on lumervio.com are fragile items.
When returning these products, please ensure they are packed securely using appropriate protective packaging to avoid damage during transportation.


5. Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that additional processing times may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • photos of the package;

  • photos of the damaged product;

  • your order number.

Depending on your preference, we will offer either:

  • a free replacement, or

  • a full refund.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability for:

  • an identical product, or

  • a product of equivalent value.
