Shipping Policy – Lumervio


1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to eligible countries throughout Europe.


2. Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared and processed within 0 to 2 business days after payment has been confirmed.


3. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:

The total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit, is therefore approximately 5 to 9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, public holidays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


4. Shipping Origin

Products may be dispatched from different logistics centres located in Europe or from international logistics partners, depending on the product and its availability.


5. Carriers

Orders are delivered by selected carrier partners. The carrier may vary depending on the product, its weight, and the delivery destination.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • the shipping confirmation;

  • a tracking number;

  • a link to track your package.


7. Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

Free shipping may be available depending on the destination, product, or promotional offer shown on the website.


8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided when placing an order is complete and accurate.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery or the package to be returned, additional reshipping costs may apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery address. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has been processed or dispatched.


9. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is unusually delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team:

We will open an investigation with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Lumervio remains responsible for the delivery of the order until it is received by the customer or a person designated by the customer.


10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • photos of the package;

  • photos of the product;

  • your order number.

We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
